Dear Community and Parents,

On Wednesday afternoon, shortly after school, an individual exhibiting unusual behavior approached the elementary school building. Our principal, Mrs. Thomas, engaged with the individual, who was asking questions regarding the teaching of the Constitution in school.

Mrs. Thomas promptly contacted the police and filed a report. Law enforcement took all appropriate precautions to ensure the safety and security of our students, staff, and school community.

We appreciate the vigilance of our school staff and the continued support of our Malden Police Department in maintaining a safe learning environment.

Announcing the Exciting Winners of the MES Halloween Costume Contest!

HS FOOTBALL VS PORTAGEVILLE @ PORTAGEVILLE - 7 PM

Reminder: Halloween Parties at the elementary will be tomorrow! Any snacks must be dropped off before noon, and please do not send in homemade snacks. Costumes are allowed, but nothing covering the face or scary.

Next week, MES will begin the canned food drive. The drive will take place from November 4th to 21st!

CORRECTION: JAG Ceremony is TODAY!! Attention JAG parents and students! All Malden High School JAG Students need to wear nice clothes TODAY. Khaki pants, jeans (with no holes) collared shirts, nice sweaters, dress shoes, etc. JAG I&I ceremony will begin at 1:45pm. All parents/guardians are welcome to come watch students get initiated into the Career Association.
