Malden R-I School District is providing a cooling and rest station for cyclists participating in the Ride The Fault Line cycling tour (https://www.ridethefault.com). Some are staying in the HS Gym while others have brought their own tents, so if you are out and about town, be sure to keep an eye out for cyclists!

Upcoming students grades 6-12— if you're experienced and want to participate or are interested in learning about cross-country running- a meeting will be held this Sunday, June 23, at 6 PM in the high school commons! Parents are welcome to attend! 👟💨
We are happy to announce the MES CLASSLISTS for the 2024-25 school year!
PK-4th grade lists are finalized!
When the 5th grade rosters are finalized, we will post them. All 5th graders will exchange classes and will have all three teachers this year!
The Malden High School Marching Band will have band camp from June 24th - June 28th.
Camp will be split into three sessions per day.
The first will be a leadership meeting from 8:30am to 9am. The Drum Major and all Section Leaders are required to attend.
If you are uncertain if this applies to you or if you are interested in one of these positions, attendance is encouraged.
The second is from 9am to 11:30am, this is for all High School Band students. Students should bring water bottles and wear tennis shoes and cool cloths with full range of motion. (all school dress codes apply)
Make sure to get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water on the days leading up to band camp. This promotes safe and enhanced athletic performance.
The third is only for the Drum Major, Color Guard, and Percussionist, it will go from 1pm to 3pm.
Attendance Is A Must!!!
If we want to get a good start to this marching season.
This will be hard work, but also a lot of fun. I look forward to working with you all this year.
