The Royal Celebration has been moved to the Fall this year due to a schedule change of Missouri Beta Convention. The November 19th will be the only Princess Celebration this school year.

Today in Business Law we had a visit from former Green Wave and current Chief Operations Officer at Focus Bank, Jay McLeod. He talked about laws, regulations and the banking industry. Thank you for taking the time to help our Green Wave students!

TEAMWORK really makes the DREAM WORK!!! Some of our JAG leaders had a great time yesterday at the JAG SEMO Leadership Conference in Paragould, AR.
We hope to bring some of the fundamentals of TEAMWORK we learned yesterday back to our program!!!

Mr. Vent's Physical Science participated in an Egg Drop Challenge today! They were asked to design a container that could hold an egg and withstand a 20 foot drop.
He had two teams succeed in this great feat!
Team 1: Khyrie Mathies, Cam Ellison and Lexi Malone Team 2: Ella Hankins, Manny Rivera, Jaida Tipler and Haven Walker



Next week will be "Red Ribbon Week" and there will be events taking place in both buildings but only the junior high and high students will be dressing up for the spirit week activities.
Attached you will see the dress up days for JH and HS students only.

With great sadness, we have to announce that due to the number of unhealthy players, we will have to cancel the next two games, which means our football season has ended.

Malden Green Wave vs Hayti - 7PM TONIGHT @ Malden!
Tonight is the homecoming game, so wear your red, white, and blue! Homecoming court and crowning will take place at 6:30 PM!
The live stream will be on the Malden School App or our YouTube channel @maldenriathletics


Malden Green Wave umbrellas have arrived!!! If you have signed up to purchase an umbrella or would like one, you may see Coach Kilgore or Coach Freshour at the high school or Misty Thomas at the elementary.
Umbrellas will also be available for $25 at Friday night's homecoming football game vs Hayti.
The Malden Green Wave boys basketball program appreciate your support!!!


Homecoming Parade will be October 14th at 2:45 PM!
We would be glad to see the community out to watch and support our staff and students!!
The route will begin in the high school parking lot, proceed between the two buildings, in front of the elementary, turn and proceed toward the BYM, go down the North Douglas to the stoplight by Wal-Mart, then down Broadwater, turn back toward the high school!
