HS Weightroom will be open to any athlete Dec. 18th from 10 AM to noon. Dec. 19 & 21- 11 AM to 1. Off-season football workouts for grades 8-11 starts Jan 2nd on Tues. and Thurs. after school from 3:45-4:45. Must have a physical on file. Contact Coach Nealey if you have any questions.
